The department of Meurthe et Moselle and Nancy, with its museums and its UNESCO World Heritage sites, promise more cultural and urban tourism, not forgetting, of course, the magnificent Lunéville Castle.
The Lorraine region is located in the northeastern quarter of France, between Champagne and Alsace. The Moselle, which takes its origin in the Lorraine Vosges, the Meurthe and the Meuse flow through the beautifully forested region with plains and medium-high mountains.
The Rhine-Marne Canal crosses the city and the Saint Georges marina, just 200 meters from Place Stanislas, with its excellent facilities, hosts some 1,500 boats year after year.
We want to get to know Nancy, «the most Italian city of the East». Its UNESCO sites from the 18th century, its Art Nouveau treasures and café gardens promise a delightful stay.
