As so often, also here: Internet research is good for a rough, or in our case, large-scale information. In this way, with luck and the help of a very nice, dedicated employee of the museum, we "stumbled" into this unique house. The National Museum of Prehistory is a place of memory of the history of prehistory, a repository of objects, study center and a place of dissemination of knowledge in constant evolution, and since its foundation at the beginning of the 20th century, a reference point for prehistorians and visitors. The museum is located near the most important human art collection, declared UNESCO World Heritage Site. It houses exceptional collections that today allow us to trace more than 400 millennia of human existence.
