The Literary Café Old Pharmacy (Literaturcafé Alte Apotheke) in Steinau an der Strasse is a unique place that combines a café atmosphere with literature.
Built in 1680, the house was formerly a pharmacy. It was purchased by Kirsten Ranft and Hans-Ulrich Werchner-Ranft in 2013 and was renovated and converted over a period of five years.
