About a quarter of an hour's walk from Wertheim's old town is the “Schlösschen im Hofgarten” museum, newly founded in 2006, located at the entrance to the town.
In the park, in the former gardener's cottage, you can treat yourself to good coffee and delicacies in a historic and artistic atmosphere.
Since 2006, the foundation's collection of paintings from the Berlin Secession has been exhibited repeatedly. This exhibition is interrupted by others with different art themes.
The Helmut Schöler Hall in the castle is an impressive venue for private and public events.
