Camping de l'Ill, Colmar
City camping in Colmar. A new experience, after we had only dared a brief first look at Christmas time a few years ago.
Camping de l'Ill stretches long along the riverbank. Provisions and fuel are available at the Leclerc supermarket, just one roundabout away.
Impeccable sanitary facilities and very friendly staff. The site is very quiet, offers plenty of shade and a bread roll service. The restaurant opens from May.
Opportunities
The Alsatian Wine Route is right "around the corner". The old town of Colmar can be reached stress-free in 10 minutes by car or comfortably by bike.
Conclusion (as of 2023)
Ideal for city trips. Despite the design-related "water lugging" (typical for CityCamps): Highly recommended due to the perfect location.
