Camping Parc Mogador

Camping Parc Mogador is a 4-star campsite from which you can fantastically reach a sandy beach (900m) in the Bay of Bandol, Sanary's city center (1km), and Bandol (2km). The beaches of the Bay of Bandol allow you to find some peace. We already stayed here during our last visit. There is an alternative to this beach on the other side of Sanary, in Six-Fours-les-Plages. It's better to go there by bike or car – it's a bit too far on foot. The beach there is a pebble beach with a very gently sloping seabed. Ideal for children or other non-swimmers.

Opportunities

Here you are quite centrally located between Marseille and Toulon, two metropolises that are well worth a visit. And the small towns directly on the Mediterranean or a bit further inland also ensure there is never a dull moment.

Our Recommendation

The campsite is harmoniously laid out on 4 hectares of grounds with plenty of trees. The paths to the pitches are generously sized, so that even 2.50m wide, 8m long caravans can be towed to the spot of your choice. By car, you can reach Sanary's old harbor and the parking lot right in the center of town from the campsite in a very short time. It only takes 3 minutes to get to Bandol at night when there is no traffic; during the day it takes a bit longer depending on the time and day of the week. Spoiled by the excellent parking available centrally in Sanary, you will find a similar number of parking spaces along the coast in Bandol's urban area. However, it's better not to count on "free parking." Highly recommended.
