Camping Parc Mogador is a 4-star campground with fantastic access to a sandy beach (900m) in the Bay of Bandol, Sanary's city center (1km) and Bandol (2km). The beaches of the Bay of Bandol (about 900m away) let you rest. We already paused here during our last visit. There is an alternative to this beach on the other side of Sanary, in Six-Fours-les-Plages. It's better to go there by bike or car, we think it's a bit too far to walk. The beach there is a pebble beach with a very gently falling seabed. Ideal for children or other non-swimmers.

What to do here

Here you are quite central between Marseille and Toulon, two metropolises that are worth a visit.

And also the small places directly at the Mediterranean Sea or also somewhat in the hinterland lain, do not let boredom arise.

Our recommendation

The campground is harmoniously laid out on a 4ha site with lots of trees. The paths to the pitches are generously sized, so that even 2.50m wide 8m caravans can be pulled to the site of choice.

By car, you can reach Sanary's old harbor and the parking lot in the center of the village in a very short time from the campground. To Bandol it takes only 3 minutes at night when there is no traffic, during the day depending on the time and day of the week a little longer. Spoiled by the excellent parking supply centrally in Sanary, one finds in Bandol similarly many parking lots along the coast in the urban area. However, it is better not to speculate on "free parking".

Highly recommended.
