The campsite in Miltenberg, with a view of the old town, which is easily accessible on foot, was our starting point for this section of our journey through the Spessart.
The campsite ‘MainCamping’ Miltenberg stretches along the banks of the Main. Campers and caravans will find a suitable pitch on the lovingly designed site.
The power system is brand new and a CEE plug is now mandatory.
The sanitary facilities are spotless and clean. This applies to the showers, the sinks and the emptying for the chemical toilet and the grey water.
Miltenberg's old town is less than half an hour's walk away. The narrow streets and lanes are pleasantly cool even on hot summer days, and ice cream parlours and restaurants, which also serve local, cool beer, add to the charm of a pleasant visit.

The campsite is very well maintained. The lack of demarcated pitches means you can park your camper van or park your caravan without stress.
The sanitary facilities are sparkling clean, there is a kiosk and the old town is within walking distance.
Highly recommended.
