The site does not have its own shop. However, the nearest bakers are easily reachable by bicycle in Houplines. This also applies to large supermarkets, where you can usually refuel very cheaply. For everyone who wants to be active, the site is ideal: the surrounding towns have well-developed cycle paths where there are hardly any conflicts with other traffic.

Our Recommendation

Status: Spring 2022

The sanitary facilities are clean, technically up to date, and we found absolutely nothing to complain about. For children, there is a playground and, during our stay, a well-used bouncy castle. The peace and quiet on the site is magnificent: the only "sources of noise" are birds, dogs, or children playing – exactly as it should be. We think: highly recommended.

We visited the towns in the region that are quickly and easily accessible from here: Lille, Arras, Roubaix and Lens. All of them are places worth seeing with a lot of culture, many small restaurants, and surprising opportunities to switch off with the whole family or alone.
