The postcard landscape is overwhelming: The Moulin de l'Abbaye on the riverbank offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Brantôme as well as the Jardin des Moines, the river, the "Pont Coude" (Renaissance), and the abbey founded in 769 by Charlemagne. An idyllic setting for an exclusive stay.
Three Historic Houses
The hotel consists of three buildings steeped in history: the old mill, which once generated electricity for the village; the "Maison du Meunier" (Miller's House) at the foot of the caves; and the 13th-century "Maison de l'Abbé" on the other side of the river. Since the 1980s, the establishment has been a proud member of Relais & Châteaux.
Gastronomy & Comfort
The Michelin-starred restaurant invites you on a journey through the local gastronomy of the Périgord. The 20 rooms are individually designed, each with its own personality, and offer the comfort of a 4-star hotel, including air conditioning and WiFi. An accessible room is available in the Maison de l'Abbé.
